Description
This wine hails from two vineyards, one in Knights Valley in Northern Sonoma County and the other near Hopland, in Mendocino County.
Both vineyards practice sustainable farming with no use of glyphosates.
Fermented and aged for six months in 80% stainless steel tanks to extenuate its vibrancy and 20% in new French oak to give it a small touch of texture and roundness
